At Big Truck Hoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
